Shelton, whose time in leadership was tragically cut short but whose vision and spirit continue to inspire us. Though his seat was held only briefly, his unwavering commitment to brotherhood, service, and community upliftment left an indelible mark on all who knew him. This foundation stands as a living tribute to his legacy, carrying forward his passion for making a difference.
