The PM Michael D. Shelton Charity Foundation, Inc. was established in honor of our beloved first Worshipful Master, Michael D. Shelton, whose time in leadership was tragically cut short but whose vision and spirit continue to inspire us. Though his seat was held only briefly, his unwavering commitment to brotherhood, service, and community upliftment left an indelible mark on all who knew him. This foundation stands as a living tribute to his legacy, carrying forward his passion for making a difference.

2025 PM Michael D. Shelton Scholarship Award Winner
Ms. Shayla Worthy
Fort Gillem Lodge No. 601 through the PM Michael D. Shelton Charity Foundation, Inc. awarded the 2025 PM Michael D. Shelton Scholarship to Shayla Worthy on Monday, Aug. 4, 2025. The $1000 scholarship was presented to her and her mother during the lodge meeting night. Shayla graduated from Duluth High School with a 3.7 GPA. She will be attending Augusta University during her freshman year and then UGA or GA Tech until graduation. Her major is the study of Prosthetics. Please congratulate Shayla Worthy and keep her in your prayers as she begins her college career! She is truly worthy!
